Tell us about yourself?

I’ve lived in Sydney for the majority of my life, however have recently moved back after living and working in Wagga Wagga for the last 12 months. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family especially over brunch, cocktails, board games or movie nights. After a long day to wind down, I enjoy reading a good book. 

What brought you to Bowery Lane?

I was in search for an innovative and dynamic company that allowed me to both have a work life balance as well as continue my professional development (reinvigorating venues); Bowery Lane is exactly this. Bowery Lane allows me to be creative and use my experience to carry out their motto of welcoming patrons and turning events into experiences.

What is your favourite Bowery Lane dish?

Breakfast: Hunter Valley Eggs Benny with Bacon. 

Lunch: seasonal favourite is the Grass Fed Lamb; highly recommend!
